Pawby Kitchen is a homemade dog food business based in Sihanoukville, Cambodia. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

How to Order

All orders are placed via Telegram. Our website is for information only no payment is processed through the website.

• Browse our menu on the website
• Contact us on Telegram to place your order
• Confirm your order details and delivery address
• Pay via bank transfer after order confirmation

Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer (ABA, ACLEDA, or Wing). Payment is required before delivery. We will confirm your order once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver across Cambodia including Phnom Penh, Sihanoukville, Siem Reap, Kampot, and Battambang. Delivery times and fees will be discussed when you place your order via Telegram.

Cancellation & Refund

Since our food is freshly cooked to order:

• Orders can be cancelled before we start cooking contact us on Telegram immediately
• Once cooking has started, cancellations are not accepted
• If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged packaging), please contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right

Our Products

Our food is made for dogs only not for human consumption. All meals are freshly cooked and frozen immediately. Please follow our storage and serving guide for best results.

• Store in freezer immediately upon receiving
• Thaw overnight in refrigerator before serving
• Consume within 2 days once thawed
